At Haya by Rabbi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return & refund policy.
Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Item must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, sealed, with tags, and in original packaging).

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
⚠️ Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Share your order number and the reason for return.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Damages & Wrong Items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/video.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, first request a return.

Once approved, you can place a new order for your desired item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
